Summer Teacher/Public Outreach Training

Join the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) for a Teacher Training (K-12) at SESD on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Participate in a tour of our treatment plant. Learn about NEWEA classroom presentations. Engage in hands-on challenges that you can repeat with your own students! Discover practical approaches, lesson ideas, and tools that help educators bring climate and water topics into their classrooms in engaging and accessible ways.
