Requests for Bids

SESD regularly seeks qualified and experienced bidders for various projects, fostering partnerships with the industry’s best to deliver exceptional results. SESD currently requests the following in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 5: Sealed bids from experienced firms for Landscape Maintenance Services.

The Request for Bids documents (“RFB”) may be obtained beginning March 9, 2026, and continuing until the date for opening of bids, from the South Essex Sewerage District, 50 Fort Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts 01970. Request RFB documents by email to [email protected].

Every bid shall be in writing, in the form set forth in the RFB and mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope to: David L. Michelsen, P.E., Executive Director, 50 Fort Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts 01970 at or before 11:00 a.m. local time on March 30, 2026. Selection will be made by the South Essex Sewerage Board, which reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
